digg’s New Comment System
digg released their new comment system a week ago. The overall idea and concept is neat, and I think the new comment system looks very sexy 
The ability to edit an your comment within three minutes was pretty cool with the AJAX effect it has.
One of the main new feature of this new comment system is the ability to reply to a reply. How cool is that 
It works like a threaded mode on some forums.
The other main feature is the ability to digg or bury another user’s comment. This feature’s concept is good, but I realize some digg users, or comment trolls, just go and bury other user’s comments whose opinions are not the same. These people really piss me off; and digg needs to do something about it. I think some people don’t take this comment rating system seriously. The rating should only be used when there is something really inappropriate, not when someone has something to say that doesn’t fit your opinion. I bet people will start to team up and start trolling through those comments.
It also just plain annoys me to have to click `show` everytime I want to view a comment. digg should have an option in our settings to auto-show all comments that is above x rating.
It’s not completely digg’s fault, but nevertheless, they should do something about it. [/rant]
