Supposed protests that are scheduled but do not actually happen say quite a lot to the people in charge... A standard misconception that most teenagers make when they discover the virtue of free speech. I can say that a government really isn't that interested in what a group of students would have to say seeing as they're not tax payers - the parents are. In a nutshell if it's scheduled, goto it.
